  • Practical support from day one — you’ll leave the session with clear next steps, strategies, and a plan tailored to your goals.

  • Medicare rebates may apply if you have a medicare number.

  • Talk-based therapy only — while Amelia is a medical practitioner, she does not usually perform physical examinations.
