Dr Haines is an accredited NMAS mediator in Australia trained through and a member of the Resolution Institute.

She is available for mediation in areas such as family disputes, workplace conflict, community groups facilitation, and wills and estates.

The mediator acts as a third party to support participants to reach their own decision. Mediation is a less expensive process to resolve conflict than legal approaches.
